Sage Haven Health focuses on integrating the body with the emotion to help mend the disconnect, reduce the anxiety around traumas, and bring back the “trust your gut” feeling.


One way this is done is through the use and focus of Chakras, wheels of energy in your body. Chakras correspond with organs and emotions inside the body. Learning how energy flows, practical tools, and balancing energy through each of them will help get you back in the body.

Meet Katie

I’m passionate about whole-hearted living! You can’t do that if you don’t feel what your body is saying. I spent years making sure I “felt” the way I was told.


When I experienced betrayal trauma I discovered a secret tool to talk therapy that escalated my healing: YOGA! Finally! I started listening to my body and recognizing what it was trying to tell me. I became my own Sage.


Now I’m sharing Eastern and Western philosophy of yoga with other women. Using body centered techniques I help individuals who are searching for their lost selves, trying to heal from traumas, women who are wanting to get back into their bodies and have them be a Safe Haven.
